Logistics

As the oldest ceramic tile distributor in the UK, we are continually investing in our warehousing and distribution infrastructure, looking to add value for our suppliers and for our clients at all times.

With a centralised warehouse spread over a four acre site, and an extensive fleet of 18 of our own Craven Dunnill delivery vehicles, we have the ability to procure material quickly, and deliver speedily and safely for all different types of project.

Sustainability

Craven Dunnill is responsible to the environment and the people in our supply chain, taking a proactive stance to sourcing from suppliers with a green ethos and certified credentials.

As part of an ongoing commitment to saving the environments valuable resources, the company has made significant investments to reduce its carbon footprint:

  • All heating boilers at Craven Dunnill head office have been converted to biomass fuel, a sustainable fuel source estimated to save 240tonnes of CO2 emissions per year
  • Installation of 496 photovoltaic solar panels on top of our warehousing units, generating an annual output of 112,000 kWh of electricity
  • Display lighting replaced throughout with low-voltage, energy efficient LEDs, saving an additional 80,000 kWh per year
